The BIOTRON-R modules are intended to drive the fatty acid etherification reaction (obtaining esters by interaction of acids with alcohol in the presence of a catalyst), but also to continue the separation of complex esters
and glycerine stages automatically.

Any vegetable oils or animal fats can be used, and also mixtures thereof, containing
fatty acid corresponding to the reaction driving conditions.

          The BIOTRON-R can be used to drive the fatty acid etherification reaction (obtaining complex esters by the interaction of acids with alcohol in the presence of a catalyst), but also to continue the separation of complex esters and glycerol stages in automatic mode.

          The BIOTRON-R can also be used for precise dosing, blending and processing of any liquids that do not damage module materials, e.g. injection of depressants and other additives into (bio)diesel fuel to produce winter (bio)diesel fuel.
